Many times I have called about getting my wheelchair I have a broken leg they have had the prescription since April The 5 promised they would call this is so awful I am very upset I have united health care they are who my insurance uses

RUN, Anyone but Apria

Never get a bill or itemized statements. Never service oxygen machine. Threatened with collection. Can not talk to a person in the United States. Horrid Company!

Apria - Communication and customer service

Contacted numerous times with a response that I would receive a call concerning a new CPAP because a replacement was required. No call backs, despite promises, and very poor commitment to customers. If you have an option do business with a competitor that offers better service. Apria sets the low bar, so exceeding their customer service would be very simple.

Well you guys need more drivers and people who will call you when they are running late to let you know and ask you if it's okay I've been waiting all day for Apria to come out and exchange my machine and they told me that it would be between 6 and 8 this evening then they tell me it will be tweet be between 8 and 9:30 and now it's between now and 10 I haven't slept in two days I am raising my four-year-old grandson you all need to get your *** together

Apria - Avoid this company

I got stuck with this company when I was on Florida Blue. Now I am on medicare and have tried to get CPAP supplies for 2 months. They keep giving me and my doctor's office excuses. My doctor is now switching me to Baycare Home care. No apologies from Apria. They should NOT BE IN BUSINESS.

Apria - Horrible Customer Service

I need a scooter to use while my broken ankle heals after surgery. My medical insurance (Cigna), turned it over to their 3rd party company to handle it, who then gave it to Apria. Apria contacted me a week ago, saying they were waiting on physicians office to fax prescription for scooter to them. I was at the Dr's office on Monday. They assured me they had faxed the prescription. I have heard nothing from Apria, today is 5 days.

Apria - Bipap

After waiting for over 10 days for Aprea to get of their *** and do something I finally came to the conclusion you cannot get a order filled there no matter how many doctors fax the paperwork. They lie at ever turn, push off the problem on someone else and do anything they can to keep from doing their job. I dumped Aprea and went to Lincare. One phone call and it was handled.
