Taxpayers are at the loss. We didn't select this company, Hospice of the Valley called in the order. RN in the family says they are the worst medical supply company in ARizona.

on July 29th Hospice of the Valley ordered a hospital bed at 11 AM. Apria said it would be delivered by 3:15 PM. time came and went, no call, nothing. Dad a Korean War Purple heart Veteran laid on the floor of his office room from 11 AM until 7 PM when that bed finally arrived. This is not good for Hospice of the Valley either because the RN said I believe he urinated when he had his seisure. The RN left him on the floor with wet britches the whole time and she left at 4PM with no hospital bed. It was up to family to continue the calling and complaining to get that bed delivered. NEVER AGAIN for APRIA or HOV

Apria - Waiting months for CPAP supplies

i ordered supplies back in July. Waited a week, nothing. Called THEM.. they didn't get doctor's authorization. Called doctor., had apria resend request. waited another week and a half. called again. Order sent to old address. New address in their system but they sent to old address. had to resend. Waited another week. finally got order. missing the one item i really needed. called them. don't know why that was not included. Had to reorder and pay co-pay again on this item. waited a week. Just called. Order placed on August 8.. was just sent out on August 15.. told to wait 5-7 business days. why wasn't it sent out on August 8. No answer. worst *** company!!!

Never, never, never give Apria a credit or debit card. Demand to be billed. If they say no, call the consumer credit bureau in the state you live in.

Took me 4 calls, being on hold for over 2 hours, as well as being hung up on twice (and told several times that there are no supervisors with whom to speak) for the supervisor (who WAS INDEED available) to send me a copy of a bill that I paid on the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. They've lost a customer for life.

I discontinued services from this business too long ago for me to even remember the exact date, which was well over a year if not two years ago, and they continued calling me over and over again saying I was due for supplies. I continued to tell them that I already ended services with them and I made sure that there was no remaining balance that was due each time they called just as I had done when I initially ended services with them. I then got a bill for $305 from them for some service they claimed I received over three years ago, which is completely absurd. I did an online search about the company and the first review I got was someone making almost the exact same complaint. I plan on contacting someone who knows law because this is clearly criminal.

Details
Today July 1st - returned tanks @10:30 am after driving 51 minutes to bring it back. They charged my credit card just this morning for the month of July! only one tank was empty. So not only do they get to resell the oxygen and re rent the tanks but if they do it this month they make a profit!

Apria in Littleton, Colorado - Super good Customer Service

Details
I’ve only had to contact Apria approximately 3-4 times and had mixed results, not good or bad. Then I had to call for oxygen off schedule. Other than waiting too long everything was perfect. The people were understanding and took care of my needs. Time window was 10 to 2:00 and they showed up at 12:30. Couldn’t ask for better service except for the damn phone wait time.
