The worst experience I have ever had was with Apria healthcare. They are over excited to sell you their products but are terrible at explaining the fine print. I would never recommend it. I am still being sent around in circles with no resolution to my issue.

Called for appt for cpap mask fitting and spent 20min on phone and person was really hard to understand. Then you have to wait several hours for a person in the Phillipines to call you back. Could hardly understand a word she was saying. Substandard service.

If you need to call Apria Customer Service be prepared to wait for quite awhile to get someone on the phone, then chances are very high that they will have no clue how to help you and will need to put you on hold, generally 20 to 30 minutes is average for me, then 9...
