Apria - Customer service all lip service with no follow through.

This company is a joke. User beware there customer service is terrible. They can’t even change address in the system without multiple phone calls. I’m looking to get out ASAP. They’ll tell you in the promps calls may be recorded for training perposes. They better start listening to the calls. I’ve made 5 calls in the last two days and still machine not serviced.
