Apria - Billed for services my insurance company says i do not owe.

I paid my ins. deductible and yearly out of pocket expenses for the year. My insurance company sends me E.O.Bs stating that I owe nothing to this provider. Apria keeps sending me bills anyway and threatens to turn me over to a collection agency if I don't pay them. You call Apria and they send you to several different departments. None of them know anything, they just waste your time and transfer you to someone else that knows nothing. After 2 hours you just hang up from frustration not knowing anything more than before you called. If you need c-pap supplies I strongly suggest you run not walk to some other provider. These people will rip you off in the blink of an eye and not care one bit.

Apria says they need insurance approval to supply a new machine. They are already paying for the broken machine. The Dr, sent in a script like Apria asked and they got it Fri. It is now Sat. and still nothing. Apria says it needs 5-7 days to process the order....
