My c pap machine was covered by my employer at 100%. They rent it for 13 months then it is owned by the patient. After 11 moths I have a new job and they want to charge me 1100 dollars as a self pay or bill my new insurance for another 13 months for the same machine. This is an integrity issue. Why can I not pay the 2 months which would have been a reasonable solution. They are so condescending on the phone.

Incorrect billing on credit card | Apria

I was billed the exact same amount on my credit card in just 3 days apart for monthly rent. I told Kaiser the other issues I was having with apria and told them how bad the company was to deal with. I'm going to tell them to pick up all the equipment.

The worst company ever | Apria in New Salem, North Dakota

Details
Run as far away from this company as you can. The local Apria facility changed my mask but apparently did not let the corporate office know. I was then sent the wrong mask and corporate would not take it back. I refused to pay as it was their mistake. After a dozen letters and many phone calls they have not made the correction. They have collections agencies call but no one will correct the problem.. they just want money.

Sleep study information must be sent, it has to be... they won't know your wife's pressure level number unless they see the sleep study results. You are barking up the wrong tree.

I received my CPAP machine in April. The respiratory therapist cancelled twice. You cannot talk to a U.S. citizen when you call their number - phone is answered in Asia. Cannot talk to a therapist directly. Asia tried to set up appointments in a city that was a four-hour drive away! They have no idea what they are doing here.

Double billing | Apria

Details
I have been paying for my cpap and supplies for 2 years. Blue cross informed me my machine was paid for after 10 months. Blue cross denied their charges and they billed me instead. Their rag head billing dept. cant speak english and I have told them they will not get their equipment back until I get a big refund check in my hand.
