WORST customer service ever. They failed to show up at the hospital to deliver oxygen, Mom had to stay additional night in hospital which insurance didn't want to pay for and took over 3 months to straighten out. Then they delivered wrong equipment and we had to make 6 hour car trip home and stop every hour to change tanks because they 'forgot' the travel unit and said it would take another day to get one. All this after being promised by 2 different supervisors that the right equipment would be delivered and that it would be at the hospital before noon. It wasn't delivered until after 4pm, by which time Mom was exhausted, making the trip home even harder on her.
Get home and find out they only deliver to our location once a week, and you need an appointment 2 weeks in advance, even though we had been assured they would come out that same day to pick up travel tanks and deliver home unit and extra tanks. Almost out of oxygen so had to drive 20 miles one way to get equipment myself at their office, and then they gave me a hassle and had to wait over an hour to get it.
They never showed up for the next 2 scheduled deliveries, so more trips to get the oxygen myself. They claimed I had never returned the other tanks and wouldn't give me new ones until I returned the other 12 tanks. Luckily I had a taken all the paperwork with me and showed them where they had signed they had received the tanks back.
Manager wanted me to give her the receipt so she could go to another office and make a copy of it, she got really nasty when I wouldn't let it out of my sight and demanded to go with her. She asked me if I didn't trust her, and I told her point blank that no I didn't, that the company had lied to me so many times that I didn't trust anyone associated with it.
Mom has since passed so we no longer have to deal with this TERRIBLE company.
If you or a family member needs oxygen do NOT use this company, you will get nothing but lies and frustration if you do.
