The worst customer service ever use anyone but these people. I have been trying to set up an account with them for 4 months to get supplies, someone at Apria entered my wife's birthday wrong and they won't change it. So her records from the Doctors office doesn't match what they entered so we can't get supplies. So we are changing companies. And BTW these people are not articulate.
