They deducted from my personal checking account five months after my Father went on Hospice in which all Apria equipment was pick up and signed for. My father passed away later that same month, but Apria states they have been servicing my father since then, really? I replied how you service somebody who's Six Feet Under they will not do anything in writing. for an apology or to be accountable..big continually have people coming to my door making phone calls sending bills and trying to withdrawal more money out of my checking account do not do business if you do have to do business with them you're not disclose your personal credit cards to them at all could you find out 5 months or sometime in the future you'll be getting a undisclosed deduction from your bank account that takes for ever to get refund

Apria - Insurance Information Review from Newark, New Jersey

Avoid giving them your credit card info!! Apria made a mistake in my insurance information when billing them for a new cpap machine. So instead of calling me to fix the info or sending a bill in the mail they just took $427 randomly without calling or notifying me prior to this. When calling and talking to my insurance they said they had no attempts from apria to bill for this amount. Even the insurance company said thats crazy. Ridiculous!!

I went to their office today to exchange "C" size cylinders I got from them the other week, I was informed that I am not eligible for the "C" tank because I have a refill system at home. Then why did you give the small, easy to carry "C" tank to start with. Answer, you are not eligible. I had to leave the tanks with them. What about returning 2 of the 4 "E" tanks and getting 2 more "D" tanks. No can do. You must have 4 "E" tanks in case the power goes out. I have a generator in case the power goes out. No you can not return 2 of them. Can I return 2 on the values I am not using and get one of the values I am using. No you can not. You can turn in one of the values. OK, I will put them on the shelf. NOT DOING WHAT IS BEST FOR THE CUSTOMER, JUST WHAT IS BEST FOR THE COMPANY, $.

I have been calling Apria twice a week for five weeks. My recent sleep study resulted in a re-calibration of my CPAP and new face mask. I tried to call my local office to see what to do? Where to go? What next? I get transferred to another state. YOU CANNOT CALL YOUR LOCAL OFFICE! So, for five weeks, I call and re-tell my story. I am on the phone each time for no less than an hour. One woman kept telling me to calm down and then hung up on me! I pay a monthly fee for my machine, which currently sits in a bag waiting for service and new equipment. NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP!! This is, by far, the worst company I have ever dealt with!

After buying a chin strap for my CPAP machine, I received several hundred calls over about a year period, (from a machine), pestering me. I have received as many as four calls a day. I push a button saying I want these calls to stop but they don't. I don't want to call them and discuss why I don't want to discuss anything. I should not have to. This is a privacy violation. They have interrupted my life terribly. They have no right to do this. I have complained to the Attorney General's office and nothing has happened so far.

I needed a nebulizer for my son which they provided. They charged me $91 for a nebulizer that I can find at the most for $35 or even less in some cases, and we're not talking about any Nebulizer, no, it's exactly the same, I made the comparison to exactly the same one. When I made the complaint, they just tell me that "it's the rate that they had agreed with the insurance company", and I can't return it of course. They don't listen to you, they don't negotiate, they just want their money. Please, never ever do business with these guys they're misleading and fraudulent.

SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS FOR SUPPLIES NOT DELIVERED | Apria review from Street, England

I have done business with Apria exactly once. They were to send me cpap supplies for an upcoming surgery in March of 2013. The day before surgery I find out they hadn't shipped the supplies. I drove the two hours to their distribution center and picked up what I needed at will call. According to them, they then sent supplies out in December of 2013. I never received them, nor can I get a tracking number or proof of delivery from them. I have contacted them 3 days in a row and been hung up on twice, been told they would call back or that a supervisor will be in touch within 48 hours. None of which has happened. Do not do business with this company. I am convinced they are scammers. I can not even get an address for custodian of records so I can pursue this further.

I have been a customer for 10 years. I recently tried to order supplies and investigate purchasing a new CPAP unit. I cannot tell you how horrible their customer phone support is. I have waited over 15 minutes every time I have tried to call. I cannot directly contact my local branch via phone any more to schedule an appointment. I have to go the that same *** customer service number every time . Every time I call I get different information. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. They have lost their focus on providing good service to their customers. They need to upgrade their phone system and get more reps online to handle the "high volume of calls' that they receive daily.

I had the same experience. All calls are Forced thru a centeral exchange.

Then you can listen to how important your call is for 30 minutes. Thats when I hung up and checked reviews, here I am.

This is not the first time this happened. When my 5 year Medicare cycle is up, good bye Apria.

Obviously if you waited over 15 minutes it's because what you call *** customer service is helping another customer. Do you think your the only one that's calling there you ***. Go elsewhere if you think your going to be on hold to long and think about what those customer service reps deal with on a daily basis.

Bipap hose | Apria review

Called Apria to replace Bipap hose as it is at least 10 years old and has bacteria, had to follow taped instructions could not get to where I could take to a person. They finally called me back said they would contact lung doctor for order and call Medicare. I waited a week and never received the hose, so I called them and had to wait 30 mins. and transferred to 3 persons and found out nothing was done. I didn't get the first lady's name but you need to change your taped message about someone will help you shortly, I don't think 30 mins. is short at all. If I could work with another company I would, I will not recommend your company to anyone.

Apria sent us to collection with 7 different collection accounts for old machine returned by someone else the alarm goes off every 15 minutes -- that is really great for someone with a problem with being tired anyway. Sent them a check to stop collection which they cashed but did not stop any of the 7 collection accounts.

Took 70 points off our credit and we can get a house now. Apria should be shut down. Will sue when my husband dies in a car accident.
