My patient has been getting a alternating pressure mattress and pump from apria for the last 15 yrs.

I have been on the phone with them for two + weeks, Today they tell me that they will no longer supply this mattress due to insurance, I am pissed and my patient now has pressure sores , Will never deal with apria if my life counted on it. I cannot believe these companys can treat people lik this and get away with it inhumane bastards, Who hire non english speaking anmials..

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Your complaint should be directed towards your insurance company, not Apria......if your insurance company no longer covers this product, how is that Apria's fault?
